Maryland BioDetection: Five stars are because the microbiologist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the approach and limitations before testing, during testing and inspection, and after I received the report. I have toxicology training and was reassured by his approach and knowledge. He was also flexible and prompt in making the appointment and timeliness in work and report. The written reports by MDBD were thorough as was the independent Microbial service which analyzed the samples. I like the independent approach, the fact that MDBD was not selling remediation services and did not suggest testing more rooms than was necessary to assess the entire house.
